Miraculous escape after truck ploughs into car

A man miraculously escaped with his life after a truck ploughed into the side of his car. Details of the accident is still speculative, however the accidents happened at the intersection of Bender and Lunik roads in Edenvale this afternoon at around 18h20.

Paramedics arrived on scene and were amazed to find that the driver of the car had only sustained moderate injuries after witnessing the crumpled remains of his vehicle. They stabilised the man and then transported him to the Netcare Linksfield hospital for further treatment.
