A 25-year-old man is missing and presumed drowned in Hazelmere Dam, after going missing while canoeing yesterday afternoon.
Details surrounding the man’s disappearance remain vague and will remain the subject of a South African Police Force investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to find that family members had already pulled the man’s canoe from the water and he was no where to be found.
Police Search and Rescue Unit divers were called to the scene and commenced their search.
