A man in his 40’s died in an industrial accident in the Vanderbijlpark area this morning at around 10h00. It is believed that the man was working on scaffolding at a construction site in Frikkie Meyer Boulevard when he slipped and fell about 7 meters onto his head.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the site and found the unresponsive man lying on the ground. Medics worked fervently for nearly an hour to resuscitate the critically wounded man, tragically though he passed away on scene.
