Today (25 June) at around 13:00, a rubble truck driving on the N3 South under the Linksfield Bridge overturned.
“Allegedly the rubble truck swerved to avoid a stationary truck. The driver lost control and overturned,” reports Terence Teixeira from the Matrix Road Safety Association, who arrived at the scene.
The Matrix Road Safety Association vehicle was the first emergency vehicle on scene and the onboard Emer-G-Med paramedic began to assess and treat the injured driver who had sustained moderate injuries. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital.
“Fortunately no other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were sustained,” says Teixeira.
