Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on the R25 and Lynnwood this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that two vehicles collided and then a third collided with the initial two vehicles.
Two females were injured, one seriously so. After they were both treated on scene, they were transported to nearby hospitals for the medical care that they required.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
