A second pedestrian vehicle accident required the help of paramedics but sadly this time the incident was fatal.
Paramedics responded out to the N3 in the direction of Pietermaritzburg where at the Camperdown exit they found the young man having suffered multiple injuries. There was nothing more that could be done to save his life and he was declared dead.
No one else suffered injury in the incident.
