A man in his 20’s has been killed this morning after he was knocked by a truck while trying to cross the road.
At the intersection of Kathleen and Hebbard streets, the truck knocked into the pedestrian and he was then pulled underneath the vehicle. Paramedics arrived at the scene to find the man underneath the truck but sadly there was no more that could be done to save his life and he was declared dead by paramedics.
Police will investigate the details surrounding the events leading up to the fatal incident.
