One man died while another sustained injury in a head-on collision along the R 102 in Park Rynie at around 05h00 this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the wreckages of the vehicles obstructing the roadway, the driver of one of the vehicles was found lying on the ground, tragically he had died before our arrival. The driver from the other vehicle was stabelised on scene and then transported to a local hospital for the care that he required.
