A pedestrian was lucky to have escaped with only minor injuries after he was struck by a bus in Durbans busy central business district this morning.
ER24 Durban paramedics arrived on the scene at the intersection of West and Aliwal to find the man lying in the road way. He was quickly assessed and treated on scene before being placed on a specialised stretcher and transported to a near by hospital for further care.
The traffic was severly affected and Metro Police were on the scene to assist.
We wish the man a speedy recovery.
