Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a construction incident on Grayston Drive in Sandown, Sandton this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that three men had sustained serious injuries after they were injured by scaffolding that fell on them.
All three men were treated on scene before they were transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the incident and preceding events are unknown at this stage and will be subject to an investigation.
