A two –year-old –boy had tragically drowned at a day care centre in Welgelegen, Cape Town this morning at round 11h39. Details to the cause of the child landing in the pool will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 and the fire department paramedics worked fervently for about an hour to try and resuscitate the unresponsive child, tragically he was declared dead on scene.
