Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a shooting incident in Ferrera in Bloemfontein this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a man, believed to be in his twenties, in a critical condition. The critically injured man was rushed to hospital but tragically died at hospital due to the extensive injuries sustained.
Exact detail to the cause of the shooting incident and preceding events will be subject to a police investigation.
