Three people were injured after a bakkie overturned on the N2 north near the Arbour shopping centre in Amanzimtoti this morning just after 07h00. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the patients lying on the centre median next to the twisted remains of the bakkie. After paramedics stabilized the three male patients they transported them to an area hospital for the care that they required.
