A ten-year-old-school boy has tragically died after he was hit by a taxi on the M13 west bound just past the M1 this morning at around 07h15. Reports from the scene indicate that the child was on his way to school ,he got out of a taxi and ran across the road when he landed in front of another taxi.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found him lying unresponsive on the roadway, after they examined him it was found that he had tragically died due to the extensive injuries that he sustained.
