Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident in Pennington in KZN this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that two minibuses had collided resulting in sixteen people sustaining injuries ranging from moderate to serious.
All the injured people were treated on scene before they were transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
