One person was injured after two vehicles collided on the N2 north just after the m25 on ramp on the Natal north coast this evening. A report from the scene indicates that the vehicles were traveling towards Umhlanga when one vehicle rear-ended another vehicle.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the female still trapped in the twisted remains of her vehicle. The Netcare 911 rescue officer used the Jaws of Life to free the patient while medics stabilised her. After she was extricated and stabilised they transported her to a local hospital for the care that she required.
