A 27-year-old man was seriously injured when his chainsaw injured his leg in Newcastle today. ER24 paramedics arrived in the suburb and discovered that the man’s leg was fractured after his chainsaw accidentally fell on his leg while he was chopping down a tree.
The patient’s bleeding was managed and he was thereafter transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
