A 41-year-old man sustained moderate injuries when he fell off scaffolding on a construction site in Riverside, Mpumalanga this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and discovered that the man was conscious despite having sustained suspected neck injuries after his 5-meter fall.
He was transported to Mediclinic Nelspruit for urgent medical care.
Paramedics were told that he was adjusting some scaffolding planks when he slipped and fell.
The incident is under investigation.
