Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to a house fire on St Helena Street in Bloemfontein this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found three patients outside the house who required medical treatment.
The patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the fire and preceding events will remain the subject of an investigation.
