Ten people have been left with various injuries after two vehicles collided on Cato Manor Road in Durban around 3pm on Saturday afternoon.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived to find that a taxi and a car had collided in a head on format closing the entire roadway. Paramedics could see that there were multiple patients and immediately called for more ambulances. A total of ten people had sustained various injuries and were stabilized on the scene by ER24 and Rescue Care paramedics before being transported to various Durban hospitals for further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
