One man has been injured after the vehicle he was driving was T Boned by a vehicle in the junction of Berea Road and Cleaver Road just before midnight on Saturday.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived to find the driver of one of the vehicles still entrapped in the wreckage. He was stabilized on scene before being removed from the vehicle using specialized equipment to prevent any further injury. Once he had been taken out of the vehicle he was transported by Rescue Care to a nearby private hospital. The second driver sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
