Two people were injured following a side impact accident on Ryder Street in Port Shepstone this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events are under police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found that a heavy goods vehicle had collided with a minibus resulting in two people sustaining moderate injuries.
Both patients were treated on scene before they were transported to hospital for further medical care.
Traffic was severely affected following the accident.
