Two people were injured after they were mauled by six dogs this afternoon in Orient Heights.
Exact detail to the cause of the incident and preceding events are still unclear at this stage.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived on scene and found a woman in a serious condition after she sustained numerous bite wounds all over her body. Another person was found to have sustained minor to moderate injuries following the incident.
Both patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
