A motorcycle accident on the R102 near Hambanathi, Tongaat has left a sixty-year-old man seriously injured.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the accident and preceding events are still unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
When Netcare 911 paramedics arrived on scene they found the seriously injured man lying on the ground.
Upon assessment of the motorcyclist they found the man had sustained serious injuries and after receiving treatment on scene, the injured man was transported to hospital for further medical care.
