A man tragically lost his life and another man sustained minor to moderate injuries after they fell off the back of a delivery vehicle on Willem Botha Street, near Wierda Road in Eldoraigne, Centurion, Tuesday afternoon after 17h00.
Exact detail surrounding the incident and preceding events are still unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
Reports from the scene however indicate that the vehicle was going around a traffic circle when the incident occurred.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found one man had already succumbed due to the extensive injuries he had sustained during the fall.
Another man sustained minor to moderate injuries and did not require hospitalization.
