A cyclist was seriously injured in an accident on the Boschop Road, Boschop Pretoria this morning. A report from the scene indicates that the cyclist was out on a training ride when a vehicle crossed the roadway, the cyclist collided into the side of the vehicle and was flung from the bicycle.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the roadway with serious injuries. After medics stabilised the patient at the scene they transported him to a local hospital under the constant care of an advanced life support paramedic.
