Four motor vehicles were involved in a collision in Dune Side, in Amanzimtoti, this morning.
The collision took place on the Seadune offramp just off the N2.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they found three patients of which one was ejected from one of the vehicles.
ER24 paramedics treated two patients for moderate injuries and one for minor injuries.
The patients were then transported to Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the accident is still unknown and still subject to investigation.
