The driver of this vehicle sustained serious injuries and her passenger, believed to be in her 70’s passed away after their car left the road and collided with a tree on the Jagersfontein road about 15km outside Bloemfontein late yesterday afternoon.
The driver was treated on scene and transported to Pelonomi Hospital for further care.
The passenger was also treated on scene with Advanced Life Support intervention before being rushed to the Rosepark Hospital where she passed away shortly after arrival.
