Two people were injured after a minibus and light delivery vehicle collided on the N2 by Merlwood on the KZN South Coast.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the minibus had turned sideways on the roadway and came to a standstill obstructing traffic flow.
Upon assessment of the occupants they found that two people sustained injuries during the collision.
The injured patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the collision and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
