Three people have been injured after a four vehicle collision on the M13 West bound near the Stapleton offramp just after 9am this morning.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived on the scene to find four vehicles had been involved in a collision. It was a truck, a bus and two vehicles. After the initial impact the truck went down an embankment whilst the other vehicles came to rest on the highway. A quick assessment was done and it was established that three people had been injured. They were stabilized on scene before they were transported by Rescue Care to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were in attendance and will be investigating further.
