Eight men were injured after a wall collapsed onto scaffolding on Kowie Road in Boskruin, Randburg this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics, its rescue unit and other services arrived at the scene and found the scene strewn with bricks and building material.
Upon assessment of the men they found that six men sustained serious injuries and two men sustained moderate injuries.
All the injured patients were treated at the scene and transported to various hospitals for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the incident and preceding events are still unclear at this stage.
