One man has tragically died while five others were injured in a head – on accident along the R515 in Cullinan this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the roadway obstructed with accident debris and the twisted frames of the vehicles, one person was still trapped in the wreckage of his vehicle. After triaging the injured it was found that one man tragically died at the scene due to the extensive injuries that he sustained while five others sustained serious injuries.
Paramedics treated the injured at scene before transporting them to various hospitals for further care.
