Grobelaarshoop police followed up on information of suspected drug sales at a premises in Dankie Deboe.
The shanty was searched and police found 5 sachets of Tik hidden in one of the rooms. The estimated street value of the Tik is R500,00.
An undisclosed amount of cash was also confiscated from the suspect.
The 27-year-old male will be appearing in the Grobelaarshoop Regional Court soon.
