Four people, including a school child, was injured this morning after two vehicles collided on the R42 in Vanderbijlpark.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found a SUV and light motor vehicle sitting in left lane of the road.
Assessments showed that a passenger from the SUV and three occupants from the light motor vehicle had sustained minor injuries in the collision.
Paramedics carefully removed the passengers from the vehicles and treated them for their injuries. Once treated, they were transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni and Sebokeng Hospital for further observations.
The cause of the collision is not yet known.
