A driver and his two passengers have been left injured after he lost control of the vehicle they were traveling in on Umgeni Road just after the Goble Road intersection early this morning (2015/04/25). It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control and careen off the road colliding with a street lamp, leaving him with moderate injuries and the two passengers with minor soft tissue injuries only.
Crisis medical paramedics assessed the patients on scene before being transported by ambulance to a near by hospital for further care.
The local police were on scene and will investigate further.
