A four-year-old boy drowned in a pool in Kenilworth, Johannesburg, this afternoon.
It is understood family members took the boy out of the pool.
ER24 paramedics and provincial EMS arrived on scene.
Paramedics worked together providing CPR. Advanced life support treatment was also provided. Unfortunately the child’s vital signs did not return. He was declared dead.
Authorities were on scene.
