A man was critically injured in an industrial accident in Isando this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the injury is still speculative and will remain a subject for investigation.
Netcare 911 ambulance crews and the advanced life support paramedic arrived at the scene just after 08h00 this morning and found that the worker had sustained life-threatening injuries. The Netcare helicopter was activated and after the patient was stabilised at the scene they airlifted him to a specialised facility for the care that he required.
