13 people were left injured this morning after a taxi rolled on the N8 in Sannapos, 30 kilometres outside of Bloemfontein.
When ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene, they found the taxi lying on its side on the side of the road. Occupants from the taxi were found all around the vehicle.
On assessment, paramedics found that 13 people had sustained injuries from minor to moderate.
Paramedics treated the patients for their injuries and, once complete, thereafter transported them to various hospitals for further assessment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
