A joint search and recovery operation was conducted to locate and recover the body of a victim that fell 60m over a waterfall on the farm yesterday late Monday afternoon. Mountain rescue SA and SAPS divers assisted in the operation.
After being hoisted down to the waterfall with diving equipment, members conducted an under water search and the body of the victim was located. All members and equipment were safely extracted.
