Earlier this morning Emer-G-Med’s RV9, M08 and A10 responded to reports of a MVA involving a taxi on the N3 North after Grey Avenue, in Alberton.
It is believed that the taxi lost control and overturned.
On assessment paramedics found that a total of 12 patients had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were treated onscene before being transported to various nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on-scene to investigate the cause of the collision.
