Just before 07:30 this morning EMER-G-MED’s RV1, M01, A03 and I01 responded to reports of a serious MVA on the corners of Impala & Thrush, in Alexandra.
It is alleged that the taxi skipped a stop street, causing the 2 vehicles to collide.
A total of 5 people, including 4 children, sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. The patients were treated onscene before being transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on-scene to investigate the events leading up to the collision.
