A 42-year-old motorcyclist has sustained serious injuries after he fell off his bike on Atterbury road in Pretoria.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene, they found the man lying a few meters away from his bike.
Paramedics treated the man on scene and then transported him to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The accident happened this afternoon at around 12h00.
