13 people were injured this morning after a taxi overturned on the M2 in Denver, south of Johannesburg.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they found the taxi lying on its side in the fast lane of the highway.
Inspection showed that 13 people had been inside the taxi at the time of the collision.
Paramedics assessed the patients and found that their injuries ranged from minor to moderate.
The patients were treated for their injuries and thereafter transported to various hospitals for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
