A man has died on site after a conveyor belt fell on top of him in Krugersdorp.
Reports from the scene indicate that the man was working at the time of the incident.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene they found that the man had already died from the extensive injuries that he sustained.
Paramedics declared him dead on scene.
The incident happened this morning at about 10h15.
