A thirty-eight old man has died after he was electrocuted on a farm in Meyerton, Gauteng.
Reports from the scene indicate that the man was handling a borehole drilling machine when he allegedly touched the overhead power cables.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene they began administering Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation. CPR went on for thirty minutes but sadly there was nothing else they could do for the man.
The man was declared dead on scene by Netcare911 paramedics.
The incident happened this afternoon at about 14h30.
