Four people have been injured one critically so after the vehicle they were in lost control and rolled numerous times in Umhlatazana Road in Clairwood just after 8am on Sunday morning.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene and found that a single vehicle had rolled several times ejecting the occupants onto the roadway. Four people had sustained injuries with one sustaining critical injuries. More ambulances as well as Advanced Life Support Paramedics were dispatched to the scene. The critically injured man was placed on a manual ventilator on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that he required. The remaining three injured were also transported to a nearby hospital.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the vehicle to roll however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
