Two people were injured this morning following a head-on collision on Bergbos Road in Van Dyk Park in Boksburg.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly before 09h00 this morning, and found that a small bakkie and SUV had collided head-on. Each vehicle sat on the opposite side of the road blocking traffic.
On inspection, paramedics discovered that both drivers, a man and woman, had sustained moderate injuries in the collision.
Both patients were treated for their injuries and transported to hospitals in the area for further treatment.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
