A man believed to be in his late 20’s/early 30’s was found dead this morning in Longmarket Street in Pietermaritzburg.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found the man lying on the pavement on the side of the road.
Upon assessment it was found that the man sustained multiple stab wounds.
Sadly there was nothing that could be done for him. He was declared dead.
The details surrounding the incident are unknown.
Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
