A man was shot and killed this morning outside a shop on the corners of Boom and DF Malan in Pretoria.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 10h07 and found the body of a man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his chest.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing more could be done for the patient and he was declared dead on scene.
The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but are subject to the investigation of local authorities.
