Three men were injured this morning after a car and truck collided head-on on the R56 in Thornville in KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics, along with another service, arrived on the scene and found both vehicles in the middle of the road. Thre three male occupants from the light motor vehicle were found walking around on the scene.
Paramedics assessed the three men and found that they had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Once treated, the patients were transported to Edendale Hospital for further treatment.
The driver of the truck fortunately did not sustain any injuries.
The cause of the collision is subject to the investigation of local authorities.
